1. Introduction
Welcome to Revively. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products via our online store at [shop.revively.co.za] (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products & Availability
All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.
3. Pricing
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Order Process
When you place an order, we’ll confirm receipt via email. Acceptance of your order occurs when payment is received and we dispatch the item(s).
5. Payment
We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Yoco) to handle payments. We do not store any card details on our servers.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary by location. You will receive a tracking number (if available) once your order is shipped.
7. Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@revively.co.za within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products (scented items), we cannot accept returns of used or opened candles.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed and may require a return (if eligible).
9. Liability
Revively is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
